The Aquia Terrace apartment community was very open with lots of parking for residents and guests. The apartments were spacious and the affordable lease prices were also very appealing.

It was extremely confusing trying to find the leasing office for this community. It was directly across the street from a different unrelated leasing office. Even with the leasing agent's directions, I was still confused. That put me off a little, but I was totally won over by her kindness and genuinely kind demeanor. She seemed like she really liked the community and really believed I would love living there. I really appreciated her taking the time to show me the amenities when she did not have too. It would have made the difference and made me rent there.
