It is a solid respectable place. The only thing I would have to complain about is they do not spray for bugs. You have to do this on your own. other than that trivial issue it is amazing.

I think the apartment and complex is great and like how it is convenient to all shopping and highways.
The staff is friendly and always professional.

You can hear your neighbors sometimes and there are a lot of stray cats

When it comes to family the complex is very child oriented. The problems we came across is that we could hear the neighbors pretty well. There a lot of little animals like spiders, ants and ladybugs coming in through the bottom of the doors or the air vents. Over all I would recommend this apartments to friends and family.

The community seemed decent but it was nothing spectacular.

The leasing agent definitely was in charge from the minute she met me. The agent presented a complete picture of the community and toured me in the same manner. The property had a lot of space, but was not top of the line. I could live in this community if the price was right.

This community has a playground, fitness center, business center, pool, and picnic area. It is located near restaurants and shopping malls.

When I arrived, the location looked very inviting. Their landscaping was well designed and the grounds were clean and free from any debris. The apartment would be a wonderful place to call your own.

The leasing agent was amazing. She was able to overcome all of my concerns. She was very professional, intelligent and engaging.

Aquia Terrace would be a great place to live. They have spacious apartments and a professional leasing office. The commute to Quantico and the VRE cuts down on traffic, so this is a great location.

I feel very safe at all hours, staff is great, they keep the grounds and apartments wonderfully.

The community was nice enough. It could use some updating in places, but it could work for a time.

The staff was pleasant. The community was very close to another apartment community. The signs were not clear. It was a little confusing. The leasing agent did say the apartment community had brick fronts. That helped to identify it. The signs to the leasing office were confusing and I was not sure I had entered the correct place.

I would definitely recommend this community to others, for the simple fact that the model home was in pristine condition. The model apartment was beautifully decorated with picture frames, cookbooks and beautifully colored walls. The paint looked fresh and new. The layout was simple and clean. The bathrooms were a bit larger than other communities, which is a nice selling point. The balcony views to the natural trees were private and serene. The pool looked crystal clear and inviting. Shelia did a good job selling the apartment. She did what I would consider a standard job of pointing out the community and amenities.

My overall perception is satisfactory. The staff conducted business in a professional manner. I may or may not recommend this community because it was quite a distance for me. The traffic was very bad on my way there which made me late to the shop. I got confused about the fact that across from the leasing office was another community that looked just like the one I went to. The only amenity that I saw was the pool and a little playground for kids, but nothing else was shown to me.
