This community was nice enough at first blush. When the covers were pulled back, however, there really was not a whole lot that would distinguish this property from any other property in the area. I did not see anything outside the norm as far as amenities and apartment features are concerned. I would feel comfortable leasing in this community because it appeared to be fairly clean and well maintained.

This community is located near shopping and restaurants. It has a very nice wooded view from the balcony. It has a very nice playground.

The property was conveniently located near main roads, restaurants, shopping and recreation. It appeared well maintained with good parking, pool, playground, grill areas and business center. The fitness center was well equipped but small. The pool area was clean but covered for the off season. The inside lounge was very pleasant as was the outside lounge area. It would be a convenient, pleasant place to call home.

This is that place you think about but never seem to find.

I thought the property was well maintained. I particularly was struck by the wonderful smells and the cleanliness of the office. The leasing professional was new, but I think she did a good job.

I would likely recommend this property to a friend. The leasing agent was sincerely friendly and was helpful. The apartment was attractive. The community was well kept. The price was reasonable. The location was convenient.

Based on the attitude of the leasing professional, I feel that living at this community would be a pleasant and comfortable experience. The development was located close to shopping and the hospital. It appeared to be well kept.

The community came across as a very well maintained and comfortable property. Numerous residents were observed walking pets who were well behaved. Parking spaces are not restrictive, and exterior landscaping is well maintained.

The community and staff was great. The leasing staff was a professional group of people.

Although the agent was very knowledgeable and friendly, the initial call did leave me with poor first impression. The amenities were nice, but nothing you would not find at another community. On-site, the agent was very easy to talk to and made conversation the entire time we were on the tour together. She discussed not only the community but also the surrounding area and shopping attractions. She did a great job presenting the apartment itself and it was somewhere that I would consider living and I would probably recommend it to friends. It was a little pricey but was acceptable for everything being offered.

The apartment itself was nice. However, I had to walk past the tallest grass I have ever seen at an apartment complex. I was afraid that there were snakes ready to jump out.

The community was nice. The onsite leasing professional was really good and seemed like a genuine person. He was warm and friendly.
