The fit center is very small and cramped up as well as the data center. I believe this complex is over priced for what it has to offer.

I was very impressed by the community. Thought the price was great for all the features. The staff was very nice and professional very informative. The actual apartment was very nice and clean and nicely decorated. The amenities were very clean and nice. Thought this was a great community with very affordable pricing.

I found the leasing professional to be very pleasant but not as informative as she had been on the telephone. I was not offered the opportunity to view the amenities, which would have definitely been a negative if I were looking for a new place to live. The apartment had very little personality.

This is a wonderful, beautiful place on earth located in the heart of Stafford. The leasing staff strives to perform above and beyond in excellent customer service and warm and friendly service. The residents are wonderful people who will welcome you with open arms to your new peace of heaven on earth.

This apartment community is starting to show its age in some of its appliances and fixtures. I felt that the rent seemed a little high for what the property had to offer. One of the best parts of this apartment community is its location, as it is very close to many neighborhood conveniences.

The community was perfect. I did not see any flaws. It was peaceful, which is what I like in a community. I was informed that it is always like that no matter what time of day. If I was looking to move in the next month or so, this would be one of my number ones.

The community amenities were appealing. They had a pool, a fitness room, a business room and a lounge area. The grounds were very well kept. The leasing professional was very thorough. He has a passion for his work. He was interested in my needs and what I wanted. I would feel very comfortable living here. It has everything I'm looking for.

It is a good thing this shop had a telephone and on-site visit required because based on my telephone conversation, I would not have visited this property. The on-site professional made the trip well worth it. She was enthusiastic, appeared sincere and genuine in making me feel welcome to this community.

This property is well maintained, and the landscape is impressive. The clubhouse is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The apartments offered everything I wanted; a swimming pool, playground and business center. There were washer/dryers in the apartment, track lighting and additional storage in the outside closet that was perfect for bikes. I also liked the grilling areas as well.
