The leasing professional did not enthusiastically promote any advantages of living in this community. She seemed more focused on getting the tour done and over with, and she appeared to be going through the motions rather than promoting the apartment home.

I would tell a potential resident to go ahead and apply. I feel safe here and I love the layout of our apartment.

My year went so fast. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Maintenance was quick to respond, office staff was efficient, the ground were well maintained.

Its nice and quiet. The layouts are designed a little awkward for furniture placement. There are a lot of big spiders and insects around doors, and windows. Overall not bad.

Aquia Terrace has been an OK experience. As long as you're a decent tenant, I can't imagine anything being wrong. The apartments are nice and a good size for the price. The maintenance does a pretty good job of fixing things in a timely manner. It's really the neighbors that are not so great. No one cleans up after their pets outside so you really have to watch out for the feces. The parking spots are compact and people are terrible at parking so that always seemed to be an issue. Sometimes there will be no parking in front of your building because the parking isn't really regulated. If you are looking for something clean and affordable... and nothing above and beyond, this will be the place for you.

The community offers a good location. The rates are reasonable for the area.

I would recommend Aquia Terrace to others. I do have my issues about living in an apartment and have to remind myself daily. People in general are very nice but can be inconsiderate with the stairs, children and noise. But overall a nice experience.

The apartments were beautiful and I love the floor plans. I like that the environment was clean and was not cluttered with a bunch of people. The pricing is way too high for me and if I got a pet. But if you can afford it, then it would be a lovely place to live.

The area is clean and quiet. I feel safe with my children plating outside on bikes or in the grass as long as they are supervised. Due to traffic, I would not feel safe letting them play without me. All neighbors are very friendly and approachable. Wonderful community. Storage space is adequate if you get a bit creative. The location to shopping is excellent. Even from the farthest property, its only a 2 mile walk. Not bad at all. Overall, I would recommend this apartment community to any new families coming to the Stafford area.

My fiancé I moved into Aquia Terrace a little over four months ago we don't have too many complaints. There is plenty of parking I love that we do not have assigned parking spaces. To me, that makes it a lot easier for guests so they do not have to worry about being towed. The maintenance staff keep the grounds very tidy and neat. Joseph, the maintenance manager, is so nice. He always says hello will ask how we're doing even when he's not on duty. With this being our first place by ourselves, I had a thousand questions the office answered my questions thoroughly never seemed to be annoyed. Our building is towards the back of the property it's very quiet however very close to 610 Foodlion for quick trips. I was thrilled about the dog park at first but I have taken my dog there only a few times as it's often muddy. Having to pick up your 50 pound dog carry him to the bathroom to wash the mud off so it doesn't get on the carpet isn't too easy. Overall, we are happy with Aquia Terrace.
