This is a nice apartment community well off the highway. It is on the right as you drive into the community. Another apartment community is on the left. It is a well maintained community on a slight hill located in Stafford, VA, just minutes from Fredericksburg, which is in the middle of Civil War country.

The apartment has a unique floor plan. They have large windows. They have good views of the woods on the back side of the apartment. They are within walking distance of the post office, shops and restaurants.

I would definitely lease an apartment home here. The staff was welcoming and pleasant to communicate with. The apartment looked and felt very cozy and I just wanted to lay down and rest. The leasing professional was also a pleasure to talk too.

When I drove up, I was impressed with the property. It was clean and well kept. The office gave a good impression. It had a more upscale and elegant style to it and I wanted to see more. I liked the floor plan and storage on the balcony, that was a plus. I could see myself living there comfortably.
