All maintenance has been kept up very well and in a quick manner. Don't have any complaints other then the trash getting filled quickly, but that's normal. Other than that, I haven't seen anything bad to report.

Most staff members are very friendly and accommodating. They make everyting as easy as possible and never confusing. The outside areas are almost always kept clean. However, the indoor carpeted hallways need to be cleaned more often. The "no smoking in public areas" rule is very poorly enforced, although that may be from lack of staff actually witnessing it.

Too many residents don't clean up after their dogs on the green areas, and it seems they get missed when maintenance is cleaning around the buildings. Parking is not great. We love the space of the units, gym, pool and playgrounds for the kids. The managers at the office are wonderful and very attentive.

Tarryn P. is knowledgeable and friendly. She helps immensely throughout the leasing and billing processes. She is a wonderful employee and agent for your company. She has been a great face to see walking into the offce. Eleanor, who is gone, was amazingly friendly as well. Sad to see her go.

Front office is very iformative, courteous, and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Noise from adjoining apartments can be problematic.

This is a very nice community, but parking is minimal and has a very limited number of spots for visitors.

Nice property, good staff. Tara was my leasing agent, and I give her two thumbs up! She was very friendly and caring. The maintenance staff is friendly and has taken care of my concerns in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I cannot get the cable/internet provider I would like. PLEASE allow Frontier comm. to set up shop in Quatama Crossing. Thank you.

Tarran was a very professional person. She knew what she was doing and upon inquiring about the apartment, she was the best person I met with and made me feel like I was home before I decided that Quatama was my home. I just want to thank her and I love it here!

I have requested the door to my building be fixed 5 times. The frame is completely busted and the wind catches it, doing more damage. Not to mention the noise issue. Maintenance just keeps doing minor repairs. When I moved in 3 years ago, I was told that the windows and sliding doors in need of replacing were taking place slowly as they couldn't do it all at once. I understand, but to date, none of mine have been replaced and I haven't even been contacted.

I love my community. I only wish that the night curfew was issued for many parties. Police calls and fire truck traffic are very high. Also, I'd love to see a modern, new, fresh paint color on buildings (deeper tones.)
