I like the maintenace personnel, they are all friendly and punctual with requests. My only real beef is not being able to hang banners/flags that are tasteful. My son is a US Marine and I had wanted to hang a flag, but was not allowed to. I think/feel it is respectful and if it offends someone then they live in the wrong country! I don't think all flags/banners should be banned, I feel there should be exceptions.

Lassan, Angelie, and the staff are awesome!

Would liek to see a carwash area and more railings on outside steps.

Don't charge an extra $50 for a gym key, especially if there is more than one person in the same apartment. Better security. Less rude staff when security is concerned.

The place is a decent place. The office folks are helpful.

This apartment community was very impressive, based upon what it offered and how clean it was. Everyone who worked there that I came in contact with, was very nice and helpful. This community offered things that most places do not, such as a theater great for residents. I liked how homey the clubhouse felt and it was very open and well lit. Everything at this community was pristine and anyone would be happy to live there.

We're a little less off financially that most of our friends or family. I think it's a good place for low/mid-income residents, but quality is probably a little less than what many of my friends/family would be looking for.
We are a moderate income community which means that households have to make under a certain amount of money based on family size to live here. We like to focus on what we do offer which is hopefully a clean, well maintained home without some of the upgraded finishes such as granite and stainless steel that is found in newer construction.

The soundproof between the apartments are very weak. If someone play any TV or music with a speaker (especially that had bass thing,) the floor rumbles with the beat.

I like the apartments themselves and management. It's also conveniently close to the MAX. However, sometimes the other tenants are less than what I want as neighbors. Also the fire alarms go off multiple times a year for seemingly no reason. And the bug exterminators don't really seem to care about infestation problems like they should.

Too distant from central city, monolithic "sameness" of complex, rent is rather steep though that may be more a local housing market phenomonon
We hope that the easy access to the MAX provides a convenient escape from the suburbs into the city and appreciate the feedback.

This apartment use to be affordable and a good place to live. I no longer can say the same.
We value your feedback and comments as we strive to make Quatama a great place to live. Our pricing is competitive with the market in the area and we are continuing to make improvements and add features that our residents tell us they would like to see.

This community had unique features, like a movie theater residents could use. There was a year round swimming pool, which was rare in that area. The apartments were nice, although the kitchen seemed a bit dated. The whole community had a friendly "feel" and seemed like a nice place to live. The leasing professional I worked with was very friendly and inviting.

It would be a good place as a possibility for someone to stay at for a short time but I would not recommend this place as more than a transition apartment complex.
Thank you for your feedback. We are continually striving to make improvements to both the buildings and the grounds as we work to make Quatama a better place to live. We have new Cybex cardio equipment including Arc Trainers in the fitness center and just recently changed the projector in the movie theater to HDMI for amazing picture and sound quality.
