This is the worst property I have lived at for customer service. The complaints I have taken to the front office, for the most part, have not been taken care of. The rent is outrageous for a low income property. I would suggest that the office be better trained in customer service. There is are always broken windows and window maintenance on property is nonexistant. There is not enough room on this paper to express all I have to say.

I like living here. Problems that arise in normal living are quickly resolved. Everyone that works here has always been friendly and nice. Mailboxes could be darkened a bit.

Have recycling/trash picked up more often, more dog poop bag stations, covered bicycle parking stations, carwash areas/spot, and wifi in gym and pool area. Directory signs need to be clearer and more often. When I moved in, I was lost for a while, and visitors get lost all the time.

I like the staff and community. The maintenace team responds quickly. When the website changed over last year, it was not properly communicated that not registering with the new system would cancel our automatic payment setup.

I feel that if two people that live in the community and want to move in together shouldn't have to pay a 1.5 month breaking lease amount since they are signing another lease. People have to do what needs to be done to live. The staff, office, maintenance, and grounds people are all nice and friendly.

I have been dealing with issues since I moved in. One started after move in and has not really been resolved, and a new one started in December. I continue to live here because of the price but am not pleased with constant issues that need to be dealt with.

Overall, I am very happy here. I do have one issue, the amount of owners not cleaning up after their dogs. The staff is wonderful, helpful, very happy, and cheerful.

We would love updated playground equipment, more efficient appliances, and better insulated stairwells to keep noise down in apartments. Also, cars need to slow down in parking lot. Otherwise, we love living here. The staff is always super helpful and friendly! Debbie was particularly wonderful during the leasing process.
