When comparing this apartment and community to my current residence, I felt it was very comparable and somewhere that I would like to live. It had some nice features I do not currently have, such as a fireplace, but it was also lacking some that I currently have, such as a walk-in pantry and air conditioning. Overall, I thought it was a great value for the price.

The community had maintained and updated the amenities. This indicated they cared about the residents and wanted them to stay. I would recommend this community to anyone who wanted to have a good quality of live in a very nice area.

The apartment I saw was absolutely beautiful and had a gorgeous ceiling fan and light fixtures. The amenities were also well above average. The leasing professional I worked with was exceptional and really did an amazing job with my tour.

The community offers beautiful and unique floor plans designed to accommodate your every need. The amenities are off the charts! They offer a business center with four computers and internet access, year round swimming pool, a large fitness center/gym, two playground areas and a huge theater area! They're close to the max which makes public transportation a breeze. Overall, it is a beautiful property and very well cared for!

If I were not currently dead set against moving any time soon and uprooting my son's life at school, I would definitely consider this community due to the amenities and the very professional staff. It was delightful to visit and lovely to view. The convenient access to the local light rail line and a former daycare for my son would definitely be promising bonuses.

I was extremely impressed with the Leasing Professional's level of engagement and professionalism during the entire visit. I really felt like she took her time to get to know my needs and interests and did not rush the tour. I would have leased an apartment based on her presentation.
