This is a very clean, well upkept apartment community with prompt maintenance personnel who actually know what they're doing. My previous apt. complex was not well maintained; no maintenance personnel who knew what to do. Just the manager, who was not prompt nor did he know much that needed done.

Knowing the property is taken care of in a timely manner, the office staff is friendly and helpful, situations that occur are handled by all necessary parties, and that I have been able to build relationships with residents and staff alike, this is one property I would recommend to others.

The rent is decent, the apartments are well sized, it's near all the things you need to live day to day, it's safe, it's clean, neighbors can be annoying sometimes but that's not the communities fault. There's no real reason NOT to live here.
