When inspections are made of the patios/balconies, only the ones who are "noticeable" get notices on their door for unacceptable items on patio. I attempted to make my patio more private with lattice & got a notice on my door. There are MANY other apartments who have had much worse than that for years!!! Definitely not fair. Bottom line. Inspections do not include "all" apartments.

I would recommend this apartment community because it is well maintained, the office staff is there for you throughout a great course of the day. If someone does not need much in terms of amenities, but wants to use the gym, the pool, the basketball court, you have what you need, not tons of other amenities that a resident could pay for. I do not need much, but I am content that I can use the gym and feel safe with key cards, go swimming, be in a well lit area for retrieving mail from my mailbox. I do see police officers here from time to time, but I have never witnessed any suspicious activity, felt harmed or threatened here, and this is a huge property with many tenants that live here. I would recommend this community because there is value to your monthly rent, the property management keeps the price affordable, and they take great care of the community and units.

This apartment has great community amenities and I love being so close to the Max. It has a pretty central location which makes errands a breeze. However, the reasons listed throughout would make me hesitant suggesting it to a hopeful friend.

too expensive to live here or there would be more of us living here

For the amount I pay in rent I am not happy with what they have offered me

Of course I have recommended this community the cost has stopped a few friends who did not have housing.

Because there is not enough insulation in these buildings to allow for peace and quiet without having to hear every single thing that your neighbors do.

Our friends have seen our apartment and they think its crazy for what we get (or don't get) and the fact they raise our rent every year, this past year by $50 which is a lot more then the cost of living increase we get!

Expensive and not the best area

We love living here. The apartment, complex, and surrounding community are exactly where we want to be.

A lot of maint issues, horrible neighbors, lack of parking

The community was very well taken care of. The grounds, clubhouse, pool and fitness center were all clean and in working order. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, and it was easy to picture just moving right in.
