Not worth the price and never any parking near where I actually live. Can hear my neighbors all too well all day and night. Such as using the bathroom, watching tv, using their vacuum or blender.

The community is very large which means alot of people and more noise. It's amazing how many people move in and out though day to day. Neighbors are very loud and disrespectful at least in my building.
