1. Trash kept outside for valet service creates lots of smell and marks. 2. Speed brakers are not marked properly. 3. There should be more street lights. Some areas are too dark in night.

Excellent rental office staff! Special recognition to Mina & Jennifer! Superb care and friendly personalities! Excellent & friendly maintenance staff. They always take care if any issues "ASAP" and leave a kind comment on the notice in my apt. when finished! Love this place!

- Rent for long term residents: rent increase each year should be considerable to long term residents. - Play area for children: A play area should be allocated for kids (not toddlers). - Garbage disposal: so many rules for the valet trash to be picked. There should be a choice to opt out of valet trash since residents have to dispose some of trash due to so many rules. I see no point in paying for valet trash & carrying trash myself.

I am satisfied with the apartment, management and maintenance. Two pieces of advices: 1. The shopping mall connected to the apartment is kind of noisy (machine sound). 2. Public areas inside the building can be cleaner. Overall, I'm satisfied.

"Overall The Madison is great." Rent % goes up too much at renewal time. Residents living in apt after so many years should get apt painted. HVAC system is not great. Elevator would be nice in some areas/units. Newsletter is nice but if it keeps rent down, could go without. Vale pick up/sewer cost (AUM) is too high not fair to single families who get trash pick up once a week, compared to big families.

(i) Bicycle stand to be provided. (ii) Some are to park strollers. (iii) Increase some activities in play are. (iv) Provide benches alongside of road. (v) Cleaning of main swimming pool. (vi) Hope the jacuzzi is working as it was not last year.

No complaints. I am satisfied with everything I really like the funny bone and parties. Also the activities for the kids. And the places and bag for the pets to go to bathroom.

Very much looking forward to the new look involving painting. Still disappointed with the residents handlilng of the disposal of old/disgarded furniture/mattresses and trash at dumpster areas. Although signaeg was placed. The level of respect for others is lacking. Being friendly here seems to be non existant.

Seperate path for pedestrian walk in the community. Some people walking in the middle of the road carrying with stroller & kids.

The community offers open pool all year. They should keep the pool clean at all the times ie. Sept, Oct - we still have nice weather but the pool was not very well kept this months. Also, stairwas and hallways of each apt building never get clean.

- There is no sitting place/bench near the kids play area. - No sitting place/bench in the entire community. - No swings for the children. - Play area is very small. - Stair area and hallway is always dirty was only cleaned once in the last 1 year. No fans in the bedrooms. It gets really hot during summer. - Not enough flowers or landscaping to beautify the community. - The hallway lights are always on. They should be switched off during day.
