The kitchen appliances and cabinets need to be updated. There are apartment homes with similar price point that have updated kitchens with stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinets.

There is a lot of wear and tear on the apartments. Pavement broken and chipped, wood trim unpainted and exposed. Plaster falling in breeze way. Kitchen counters need replacing. carpeting was not clean when moved in. AC broke within the first week. Master bathtub fixtures loose. HVAC vents not working rusted shut or open. AC duct work leaks needs sealing.

There are people constantly walking in the middle of the road, playing with small children in parking spaces, not cognizant of others entering/exiting the parking area.

The community is clean, safe and the office/maintenance staff is very professional.

The security gates should always be closed. We don't feel like it is safe enough as planned because it is one of the reason why we chose to live here; we pay for this service. There is a hot water heater sitting directly under the steps of our building ans has been there for quite some time.

The apartments are very comfortable. The maintenance service is very efficient and fast. Neighbors are respectful. It is a calm and safe environment
