Would recommend due to safe community and amenities/short pump location, would not recommend only if apartments are too expensive for them (one bedroom apartment can be pricey)

The rental amount is almost equal to rental or EMI for a townhomes in the surrounding area. So, I'd recommend to "own a place" or "rent a bigger place".

I would never subject anyone I know to the goons that work at the front office. I work at VCU which is a preferred employer and if anyone asked me if they should live at the Madison Apartments I would say no there's nothing but gangsters and goons that work in the front office. I would want them to stay away.
