This was a lovely community in a very desirable section of Richmond. I liked the floor plans and the choices they provided. The amenities were exceptional, and the surrounding area very complete with shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and travel routes. I could be very happy living there and glad to recommend it to others.

The clubhouse/leasing office was stunning and very well decorated. The Leasing Professional listened to my wants and needs and was able to incorporate them into our tour. He was upbeat and professional. I felt I was his only potential resident as his focus was totally on me. The pool was sparkling and clean. The fitness room was immaculate. The conference room had a gift wrapping station equipped with plenty of seasonable wrapping paper, tape, scissors and ribbon. The ceilings were nice and tall. The closet space was fantasy worthy! I loved the vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. I'd love to call this place home!

Overall I was very impressed by the community. It was conveniently located and had great amenities. It was clean and very well maintained. It had a positive, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I felt very uncomfortable because I felt rushed to make a decision on the apartment. I felt the whole experience was rushed.

The community was in a great part of town. It was walking distance to all the great shopping in Short Pump. The apartments were spacious and well maintained, with a great looking gym and pool.

The community was located across from a very nice mall and theater. The apartment had gigantic tubs and tall ceilings. The patio was gigantic too. The community offered a special gift wrapping room.

The community was absolute beautiful. The community's location makes it an excellent option for anyone who wants to be near lots of shopping and dining options. As a potential resident, I believe that the community has a lot to offer new residents and I did not notice any deficiencies in the way the leasing agent sold the features of the apartment.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this apartment community. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt very comfortable with the prospect of living here. The staff clearly take pride in the grounds, and genuinely care about the impression that was made.

The community was a fairly large property located in an extremely busy area so you could have the feeling of living downtown with all the modern conveniences of today.

The apartments were beautiful and I think many people would enjoy living there. I would personally not rent there because of the dog breed policies, as explained to me when I inquired. Other than that the property was in a great location, well-maintained, and attractive.
