For all the reasons stated above. The common areas are dirty. The apartments are outdated. They are over priced. I don't believe the maintenance staff is as knowledgeable as they should be. And until my husband and I "got firm" we don't feel the front office took us seriously and addressed our concerns.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and decor of this community. It was well-appointed and had a lot of extra amenities. The leasing agents were knowledgeable and took the time to sell the community. I thoroughly enjoyed touring this property and seeing the offerings. The community was quiet and the gates were comforting, as far as security was concerned.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The value for the apartment and the amenities of the community was a good one. I loved the apartment that I viewed. Although I did not get to see the two bedroom, two bath with the sun room and fireplace with vaulted ceilings, the description was quite impressive and piqued my interest. The community was in a great area that I loved with all of the conveniences right outside the community. This was a great value and I would definitely rent from this community.

This was a very nice community with excellent amenities. However, it was not the top of the top, there was no microwave in the kitchen which would be a deal breaker from me.

The Madison is a gated community that I would recommend to all.

This was a higher end community, located in a vibrant area of town. There appeared to be a large number of professional residents. Based on my knowledge of the area, this was a very sought after location, with many conveniences, shopping, entertainment and interstate access nearby.

They have some really neat resident functions, like a night out at a baseball game recently.

The staff and this community were definitely in a league of their own. This community offered a lot and has great amenities and was close to everything. I would be happy to refer this community to others.

I felt that I would love to have rented one of these apartments due to the design of the apartment and the fact that it was a gated community. The community was in a good location. I loved the fact that trash was picked up everyday outside of your door; that is so convenient. The amenities were great with two swimming pool areas and they offered a gift wrapping area and supplied the wrapping paper. Overall, I would love to live there. If I am ever in the market, this community would be the first place I would go. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

The leasing consultants was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Such characteristics go a long way in any business.

I found the leasing agent to be very personable, yet professional. I got the feeling that they took care of their residents whenever they needed something done. I felt comfortable with the agent and pictured myself living there.

Based on the expertise of the leasing professional alone I would want to live here. The model I was shown was far above my expectations and the location to shopping was excellent. I was more than impressed with the extra services offered.
