Really well managed community with a great appeal. Love the accessability to main areas nearby. Prompt maintenance and really helpful management. Play area needs a little TLC and some swings. Roads are a little messy and need some leveling.

I love living at The Madison! I always feel safe inside and outside of my apartment. Residents in the community are very friendly. The maintenance staff is very responsive and the grounds are kept very clean. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

The common areas between each apartment should be cleaned regularly and after the gardeners leave. Pollen builds up and dust accumulates outside each door. Summer brings mosquitos, and the location of the complex has surrounding, standing water, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable to be outside. Spraying insecticide around complex would make living here more enjoyable.

Hallways and ceilings need clean up and fixing.

We are extremely happy living here in this community, creating our little world here. Just have two complaints. First, there needs to be a regular building cleaning done, absolutely necessary!! Pet owners are getting their pets poop in the gardens/grass all the time. This is a nuissance and we need one spot where this can be done PLEASE! Thank you.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly to needs/concerns. My only concern is the speed bumps placed recently. They are a little excessive and annoying. Other than that this is a great place to live that is very welcoming and on top of it!

I believe updating he kitchen and appliances would help overall satisfaction and make me willing to stay and continue paying what I currently pay fo rent. I think a dog park would be beneficial as several residents including myself have dogs. All units need new air conditioning, especially the 3rd floor unit it wastes money. to cool those apartments. Gates should be updated due to frequent issues and all gates should have keypads. The list above it to help the community as we consider this home and would like to stay, but updates are a must, especially in the kitchen.

Lighting facility in hall way needs improvement cleaning snow in the parking lot during winter needs improvement. Need amenities for kids in recreational area. Maintenance support is excellent

Doinig right: Speed bumps, landscaping, good office personnel and quick service response. Can improve: security gate system being operational, If street light is fixed, need notification from the office if they are holding a package.

I am very disatisfied with the approach teh Madison took in installing speed bumps in the community. All of a sudden there is tons of very rough speed bumps installed all over the place and dangerous, tight spots at poor angles. The speed bumps make me fear for damage to my car as I have to move into the other lane in order to not hit the bump at a direct angle. I support the intention to slow cards down, but I believe less drastic measures could have been taken to enforce this, or even properly place and less rough bumps. I do apreciate that they have listened to feedback after the fact and have decidied to remove and reposition some of the bumps, the whole process has been a nightmare and has greatly damaged my quality of life here.

Better cleaning up keep up hallways and stairways. Need basketball court. The hot tub, sauna needs to be consistently working.

Hallwys and staircase are bit dirty; theswe should be cleaned at least once a month or once in a quarter

One of the apartment exits lacks side pavement. I wish we could have handicapped shortcut to Martins store. It would be nice for kids on the playground to have swings and sandbox.
