Like I've mentioned - we absolutely love the apartment, the amenities, the surrounding area and would totally recommend it to everyone!!

The property was beautiful. I was impressed by the community and the apartment. My wonderful interaction with the staff while I toured the community, made it even more enjoyable.

Madison Park is a nice complex however, to raise rents as much as the increase for this year is not acceptable. I understand market conditions but I think managements first concern should be existing tenants. I have talked to many very unhappy people living here about the rent increases.

The community was clean. The community was well kept. The leasing agent was professional and pleasant.

I think the community is great for apartment living, it is generally quiet and feels more like a condo or home due to the outdoor entrances and only 2 levels per building. The fewer shared walls greatly helps with privacy and a quiet living environment. I like that the leasing office accepts packages for the community as it ensures safety for delivery.

Best value in the area and feel safe and is close to shopping and transportation.

The water company you use is horrible...

The community was very nice and the apartment would be very comfortable to live in. The leasing professional built value into the apartment and the community. This community offered a fair lease rate and very nice amenities, along with a spacious apartment. I would refer the community to others.

When I first came to view the Madison Park Apartments I fell in love with the neighborhood and the looks of the apartments at first glance indoors and out. I quickly signed a lease and moved in within the next two weeks. I was so pleased on the first day, but as we began to unpack and put things away, more and more appliances started to break on us. It seemed like everything we touched something didn't work, didn't open, or something would fall off. It was one thing after another, and now two months in, and I still feel like I'm calling maintenance every other week for something. For example, a light was broke, microwave door broke off when I opened it, the vent above the microwave fell off, the dishwasher didn't work, the garbage disposal didn't turn on, the laundry door keeps falling off, the washer and dryer were completely off balance, the water pressure is super low, the bedroom closet door doesn't close all the way, our heater didn't work, our room door blinds are impossible to open and stick all the time, the windows in the living room are impossible to open... The list keeps building and going on and on. I feel like our apartment never even got looked over and I'm paying WAY to much for how much crud keeps happening. It's so disappointing and I honestly am just counting down til our lease is over. So sad, I was so excited to move in! The neighborhood is very nice though and the apartments look great. Also, the staff is very friendly as well. I just wish our actual apartment turned out as nice inside as it looked at first glance.

Everything is taken care of. This is the type of service I expect to get from an apartment community to make it worth it to not buy my own house

My favorite aspect of this complex is that the property management does a good job screening applicants and enforcing policy. This is a quiet, safe place to live and I have zero complaints about any resident here.

I actually just did recommend Madison Park to a young couple. The only thing that would hold me back is the cost so I make them aware so they can make the decision wisely.
