The community was nice and offered nice amenities.

What a hidden gem of a community. From the amenities to the apartment interiors, Madison Park Apartments offered everything you need and more. What else was needed when you had a staff who genuinely cared about fulfilling all your needs? This community was the best in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to others.

The community presented well. The décor was modern/traditional. Everything looked relative new and in good condition. The clubhouse floor plan flowed well. The size and layout of the apartment was more like a home and definitely more inviting and spacious compared to other communities.

The community visit and experience was great. The agents were friendly and made me feel right at home. The grounds were kept up nicely and the residence seemed happy to be there. I really enjoyed my visit to the community.

The community had lots of open grassy areas for kids to play and a great park on-site. This community was quiet to be off such a busy road. The buildings only had eight apartments in them. The apartments had tons of light with great windows and views. A great place to call home.

This property is very eye appealing. The apartment I was shown was open with wrap around windows, plus a couple of window seats. The amenities and features in the apartment were up to date. They were remodeling the business center to make it more desirable for their tenants. The TV and game room was a nice added feature. The grounds were pristine and well cared for. The community is large, but has an intimate feel to it since there are only eight units per building. This community is complete in maintenance plus a security patrol. I would be happy to live at Madison Park.

The agent created a great rapport. We discussed the amenities, shops in the area and the distance to and from the community. The agent asked me many questions about other places I have viewed, interests and hobbies, and my needs and wants in a new home. Before leaving, the agent asked that if I please contact her at anytime if I needed anything. She also stated to just give her a heads up if I would like to revisit the community or apartments, and she would be available to meet me. Lastly, she reminded me of the referral program that they have and that I could receive up $500 in free rent.

I had a positive impression of this community. It was very clean and well maintained.

I realize we live in Colorado and outdoor pools during the winter are not practical. I do feel there should be a rent decrease or some other perk during months when the pool is down. I do feel if it is at all possible, one agent should follow through. The actual apartment was beautiful, spacious and gave me ideas on how to place my own furniture.

I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

This community offered a great location close to shopping and interstate. The apartments were modern with the latest upgrades. I thought this community offered a great value.

Madison Park had a great deal to offer to those who want to live near a large city and all that it offered. There seemed to be a little traffic noise. Madison Park was near an interstate and a major grocery store was within walking distance. The grounds were well maintained and for being eight years old, the community did not show any aging.

The community is very private yet close to many outside amenities. It has any accessibility that was convenient to highways. The community had a lot of open space. This is also a great location for quiet yet convenient access to all the metro area has to offer.

This was a very nice community. The model apartment I viewed was fully furnished in the latest style and colors, and was very roomy for an apartment. The buildings are spaced far apart, so that the feeling imparted is that of entering a home, not an apartment building. The grounds are well-maintained, clean and inviting. There is ample open space.

This was a well kept property in a busy area.
