We have enjoyed our stay!

I feel AUM is difficult to communicate with.

We are new to the community. So far, our experience has been very pleasant. We have had cmments from friends and family who have praised the beauty of your property. My son was wishing he hadn't ust renewed his lease at his current residence.

I think ceiling fans would be great in the bedrooms. The grass has been extremely long and when they cut it after its been so long, it smels and all the clippings get tracked in the apartment if you walk through it. Need to do a better job at pet waste that doesn't get cleaned up or bags changed daily. Parking is a little tight at times.

The staff is wonderful! I love the apartment! Annoying/rude neighbors is the only negative (rent is getting pretty high, too.)

Be more mindful of the needs of tenants. Maintenance is wonderful and maitenance guys are nice. Apartment manager needs to follow up faster on all issues. Call people and be more willing to work with tenants on issues instead of waiting hours or days.

Great job cleaning up snow during winter! Minimal noise is greatly appreciated during this early moring task, as some of the master bedrooms are adjacent to the stairwell. A notice to residents is recommended adherent to maintenance/repair tasks that generate a significant amount of noise. An example would be replacement of stairwell slabs. Missed valet trash service should be deemed unacceptable, just as residents are held responsible for paying for this service on time every month.

As we stated last year, there are not enough dumpsters onsite. The one near me is always overflowing. There is always trash outside, and many people dump large items into the dumpster, such as mattresses, TVs, etc. I would like a more extensive recycling program, one that uses bins instead of blue plastic bags. Also, one that recycles paper, paperborad, and cardboard. I would also appreciate more notice on next year's rent. The rent has been increasing by a lot each year and I need to know about it more in advance.

Pay better attention to trash. I have neighbors that constantly have trash sitting outside their doors. It gets set out on Friday and stays there until Sunday nights. It's gross!!! And it looks bad! Also, there is always dog poop EVERYWHERE! We don't always have time to catch who is doing it.

For the time I have been living here, I am very satisfied and grateful for how you care for the community and for your services.

Landscaping company uses weed eaters too close to the trees, causing damage to the tree bark. Trees are constantly being replaced.

Would like to see an after hours dropbbox. Entryways could use power wash. Trash sits and leaves dirty spots. Recycling bins, separate pickup.

I feel safe ehre. Grounds are well lit, but could be more security or police drive thrus. Grounds are kept up well and are clean. Parking is sometimes a problem, people who don't live here take spaces. Trash dumpster could be improved, one is not enough for entire facility.

Great staff all around. When I had an issue, they dropped everything and fixed it immediately. It was corrected the first time! Grea customer service and very welcoming.

All the staff in the office is great, very nice, and friendly. I love our apartment, very clean and has a lot of great windows. Parking is great compared to other apartments. I have never had a problem with parking.
