The community amenities consisted of a seasonal swimming pool, year round hot tub, a media, business and 24 hour fitness center. The community supplied the paper and toner for the printer and fax machine. And, in the fitness center, the equipment was cutting edge and state-of-the-art, in exceptional condition. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was flawless with meticulous care and attention to detail. The rent was fair for this community. Taking all amenities into account, this community built good value into the rent. The leasing professional was fun, confident and courteous, and made me feel that my needs were fully met. The leasing professional was outstanding, talented, original and creative. It was like spending an hour talking with my best friend. I found this community to be well situated, with easy access to highways. There was good shopping and transportation facilities close by. I would be very happy to live in this community. The value given was an above average deal for the money. I found it to be complete, with everything I was looking for, and would highly recommend it.

The community was exceptionally well tended. Exteriors were newly painted. The community looked great, even from across the street. I was disappointed in the quality of the refrigerator in the model apartment. It was apartment grade, and not what I expected.

This apartment community has a lot of great features within the apartment. The walk-out patio from the master bedroom is a big plus, and the gas fireplace is a nice feature with the upcoming winter season. The closet space is more than adequate, and there are lots of windows for natural lighting. I love the idea that this apartment community resides so close to many great restaurants.

I think that the leasing professional is a lovely person. If I lived there, we could probably become friends. She is very professional and interested in the task at hand. I am sure that, if I lived there, she would spend much more time getting to know me. However, if I was quiet and not forthcoming about my relocation, grandsons, daughter, job, and other interests, she would not have known any more about me. This would not deter me from renting from her or in this complex. I have been in sales for a long time and know how important it is to build rapport, not just be personable. She said several times that she would love to have me live there, but I wouldn't know why. I don't think she was phony, just very competent and efficient. Again, I believe she is an asset to the community and has been there for 8 years to prove it. I just think that she needs to relate to her clients better.

The leasing agent was exceptional. He had a very warm way of connecting. He was obviously very proud of the apartment and community and very interested in helping to keep the pride going forward.

I felt that the community was extremely appealing. The leasing professional had a lot to do with that, but the grounds and property as well as the apartment itself were awesome! Everything was very well kept. The leasing professional made me feel right at home. I would rent there and suggest that my friends rent there any day!
