The cost exceed the quality. Garbage pickup seems to be a problem the finishes appear dated like countertops. Stove is dated. Refrigerator is missing ice cube bin, microwave has a burned out numeral in the read out. Had a wall fixed after a plumbing leak. Work was marginal strike plate on front door need fixed.lot of money each month for this place!

Would: Nice neighborhood, outside of buildings and grounds are attractive, nice staff, good privacy (building design). Would Not: Rent is high for quality of amenities received, apartment quality inside, and mechanical problems with HVAC.

Generally a clean and well kept environment. Unfortunately, my next door neighbor leaves trash outside her door (empty boxes, trash container, and sometimes other debris). Also, two dog owners don't bother picking up after their pets. I've seen both of them leave their dogs' remains without blinking an eye.
