Old appliances that continually break down. Entire community needs to be updated for the cost of rent. Leasing office does not follow up on issues very well. Poor community.

Update interior and appliances. Maitain exterior of building, keep leasing agents accountable, and correct things when they are not completed.

Friendly leasing staff and clean community. Fitness equipment needs to be cleaned more regularly. Sanitizing spray needs to be mainted, it's often empty when I'm in the gym.

More parking spaces would be nice. Bigger trash bins to hold trash, currently too small.

Overall, things are good. One thing, post speed limit signs throughout the community because people speed through here all the time. I am very happy here and I like that it's pet friendly.

Debbie is awesome. She is always very friendly and helpful whenever we need her. If we have an issue in the apartment, she is the first person we go to. Dog poop bags run out fairly quick, and when they run out, they don't get replaced for at least a week. When that happens, no one picks up after their dog.

Please make a baby pool. Don't raise rent every year for older residents. Keep good people here, don't push us away by raising the rent.

The staff is very friendly and easy to contact with questions. I moved accross the country without seeing Madison Park in person, but based solely on the conversations/emails I had with the staff, I felt comfortabe choosing Madison Park over other comparable complexes. I am pleased with our choice. Good location and area doesn't seem crowded, even with the number of residents here. Only improvement I would suggest is a digital thermostat/energy saving thermostat to regulate temperature better when not in the apartment.

The only issue I'm having is with the trash service. I wasn't informed about how it worked when I moved in, so I'm not sure if it's me not knowing how they work or if it's them. I know the days and times for pickup now, but it seems even if I have trash for pickup and set it outside, they won't take it if it's a small amount. It's still trash and it will sit there through the weekend.

We moved here from New York. Logistics were very involved between selling our home and securing an apartment, site-unseen. The entire staff that we dealt with during this process was just great! Very thorough, kind, and patient! We are so pleased with out new home here at Madison Park. We could not have had a better outcome, we just love it!

Wonderful community to live in.

The amenities are amazing! The upkeep of the community resembles that of a resort, and the staff are quite professional. I would absolutely love making this apartment community my home.

Cori and Debbie are pretty much the most amazing people ever. Theyu are entirely why we love this place so much. They should both be given all-expenses paid vacations to the Bahamas for their amazingness. but seriously, they are what sets this place apart from the ten zillion other apartment complexes in Denver.

If someone is coming to my appointment I would expect a call or a knock before entering.
