Unlikely to recommend. This community does not offer recycling services, even though valet trash is required, and many other complexes in the area offer ANY kind of recycling services. Complex is sufficient for basic needs, but maintenance is spotty at best, most basic cleanliness of common areas and minor fixes of apartments require multiple work orders and/or multiple reminders.

Upstairs neighbors are the loudest people I’ve ever lived near and no one does anything about it. My neighbor smokes and uses the wall to put out his cigarettes. No one cleans their dog poop.

Again, the space and layout of the unit is what made us want to rent. The location and lack of parking as well as the outdated features make it way overpriced.

We love calling this place our home. Our family enjoys it here.

Rent is going up again and will be too much

The rent is a bit on the high side.

The office staff does NOTHING about the dangerous activities going around nor do they notify their tenants.

It’s very quiet and not a lot of drama going on. The office staff has been great and I feel that that is very important.

I like it here and its been a good place to live. Depending on what someone is looking for, I have good things to say about Madison Park. My friends think Madison Park in nice too.

Rent increases

Small in my opinion for the rental rate. Small closets, living room, and kitchen. Windows creak badly with high winds. Trash pick up service is sub standard overall.Way too many missed pick ups. Quiet atmosphere based on how the apartment was constructed. Nice looking buildings and grounds.

I have and would again I love where I am living

The majority of apartment setup designs are very nice , most of them on convienance of people renting them

I would for all the reasons above.
