The community offered resort style living at an affordable price.

All is great except that the rent is pretty high ... and has never done anything but go up each time I renew my lease.

Apartments are very bright and spacious. I feel safe living here.

I would not recommend it if my rent is raised for no reason. I can understand if my rent was raised because I was a bad resident late w/rent and have complaints. The economy is still so hard.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartments are laid out like a home, rather than a typical, straight lined apartment. The amenities are nice, and the property is well maintained. All in all, Madison Park is a great place to call home.

It's expensive

I'm one person. This community may not appeal to everyone, but it appeals to me:
1. The grounds are super lush and green
2. While it sits directly on 120th Avenue which is extremely busy, the community is tucked back enough that you can't really tell, so you have privacy and easy access to 120th and local businesses. In addition, having 2 stories is nice because to me, it adds to the 'tucked away' feel.

It is safe and clean, but we will have to move at the end of this lease because we probably wont be able to afford the next increase.

Too expensive

This is based upon all of my positive experiences at Madison Park Apartments.

It's nice, but it's too expensive since the included amenities aren't usually in working order.

I would not ONLY because of the rental prices at this time. If I felt price was of no consequence to the individual I would Very likely recommend!!

Great location along with friendly staff. Updated, clean apartments.

I honestly felt the staff was very warm and caring. I did not feel the leasing professional was burdened with my phone call or my visit, and he really took the time to show me all possible ways to view the apartment and layout. He went above and beyond.

The community had it all. Reasonably priced, wonderful amenities and a convenient location near grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and highway.
